Thank you for visiting with us today at LICWI!  If you are here that means you must be interested in booking an Author and Illustrator Evening with our published members.  It's a very simple process.  Below, please click the Book Now icon and let the BookFresh Scheduler handle everything for you.  Please enter in your school information, your name, contact information, including e-mail address and phone number and then select the date you would like to host the A & I event.

If this is your first time and have additional questions prior to booking an evening, please contact Karenann Knotoff, kknotoff@optonline.net, our Website Coordinator until we have an Author Illustrator Coordinator to assist you navigate this process.

There are two minor problems at the moment with the scheduler.  The first is that it is showing a $1.00 fee  for booking an event, please disregard.  As returning schools know, there is no fee associated with Author and Illustrator Events.  Also, if the LICWI logo is in the window below and not the Book Now icon, just click on the LICWI logo with your mouse and the Book Now icon will appear.  Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

Once you have completed the booking process, you will be  hearing from us shortly in the form of an e-mail.  That e-mail will contain your  confirmed Author Illustrator Night date and time and a password that will allow  you to download the 2011 - 2012 School Year Author and Illustrator Guidelines  and Author and Illustrator Approved Participants.  If you have any questions or need to change a booked evening, please contact Karenann Knotoff, kknotoff@optonline.net.  She will be able to assist you with any questions or changes you may require.
